I noticed that there have been changes on the furniture that further enhanced customers' comfort. The overall customer service was as excellent as I have always found it. Indeed your hotel is a home away from home experience. Keep up the good work.The restaurant staff were especially warm, friendly and courteous.

Making a booking was easy. On arrival staff were very positive, friendly and helpful. Room was good. The restaurant special deal at £26 was very good value. The stay and park arrangement worked well and was very competitive.

We were very impressed by everyone. The front door porter who helped us with parking. The desk staff who booked us in; the bar and then the restaurant staff!
