Excellent hotel, very friendly and helpful staff who went the extra mile to ensure our stay, albeit just one night was to the highest standard.

Hotel was excellent. Room was well equiped and well designed. Meal in the bistro was excellent. The overall package was very good value for money. I travel to America at least three times a year and will book with Radisson whenever I fly from Heathrow in the future.

Making a booking was easy. On arrival staff were very positive, friendly and helpful. Room was good. The restaurant special deal at £26 was very good value. The stay and park arrangement worked well and was very competitive.
