Terms and Conditions

  1. If a rate is found on another website that is more than the equivalent of $1.00 USD, €1 EUR or £1 GBP lower than the best available rate on Radisson.com, Customer Service must be able to confirm that the rate is for the same date(s), the same room type, the same number of guests, the same hotel and the same cancellation and advance purchase policies and other terms and conditions governing the rates must apply prior to awarding the Best Online Rate Guarantee. 
  2. The Radisson rate and the "comparison rate" must be found and a completed claim form submitted within 24 hours of booking a reservation on Radisson.com.
  3. Claims must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
  4. The lower rate found must be viewable and bookable online by the general public and confirmed online in the local currency of the hotel. Exchange rates and reference to currency converters will not be considered by Customer Service at the time of review.  
  5. If the Best On-Line Rate Guarantee claim is approved, full prepayment will be billed to the credit card you provided on your reservation.  Advance payment of $25.00 USD is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will be charged 1 night plus tax.
  6. Guest must provide the Radisson.com reservation confirmation number upon check-in.
  7. If a claim is for a reservation with multiple nights, the rates for each night will be compared individually based on an average for the entire stay. 
  8. Best Online Rate Guarantee includes the room rate only and does not include any taxes or tariffs (i.e. federal, state, provincial or local), or any guest fees or charges which may be imposed by the hotel on the guest's stay and can not be combined with any other offers or discounts.
  9. If a lower rate is reserved through a website (other than Radisson.com), Radisson is not responsible for any fees incurred due to the cancellation of that reservation.
  10. Guarantee does not apply to the following:
    • Special 'member only' rates available to members of special programs or associations (i.e. AAA, senior and government employee discounts),
    • Special "exclusive offers" or "online coupons" offered by third party websites
    • Group rates,
    • Corporate rates,
    • Wholesale rates,
    • Affinity/association rates, or
    • Package rates that include the room and other components such as meals, amenities and entertainment.
    • Opaque or auction sites where the hotel brand and/or the specific hotel is not known until booking is finalized. Examples of these types of sites include but are not limited to Priceline and Hotwire.
  11. Void where prohibited by law.
  12. Radisson reserves the right to adjust or cease the Best Online Rate Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
