Radisson Edwardian Vanderbilt Hotel

I am a very regular visitor to London. Although I could stay anywhere, I continue to go to this south Kensington hotel because the staff are EXTREMELY welcoming and helpful, both to me and to my family when I bring them with me. Excellent service!

My wife and I have been staying at the Radisson Edwardian hotel on Cromwell Road in London for over 10 yrs. Why? It is because of the excellence of the people who have been on staff there and have made us feel each and every time that we were coming home and very special guests. There are many other fine hotels in London, yet they will never have our business of multiple visits each year. Sometimes we come alone and other times we bring our staff and obtain multiple rooms. As far as we are concerned, there is only one hotel in London, the Radisson Edwardian Vanderbilt.

I found the concierge to be extremely helpful in making arrangements for our car to be parked outside of the car-park opening times. Check-in and checkout were quick and hassle-free. All the staff was very helpful at Radisson Vanderbilt.
