Radisson Edwardian Mountbatten Hotel

The room service treatment I received at the Radisson Edwardian Mountbatten hotel was truly wonderful. And, of course, the location is the best in London.

The Radisson Mountbatten hotel was exactly what we wished for and more, and the staff could not have been more welcoming. Many large city centre hotels are impersonal but that is the last thing that could be said about the Mountbatten Hotel.

My husband and I stayed with you at the Radisson Edwardian Mountbatten in London December. Our stay there was extraordinary!!! Everyone and I mean EVERYONE from the front desk to concierge to servers in the restaurant, were absolutely wonderful to us. Employees were professional, polite and well versed in their job. Everyone was friendly and smiled and took that extra step to make sure we were well cared for and comfortable. We very much look forward to returning to this Covent Garden hotel again as we travel to London annually. I have been a regular visitor to Radisson Edwardian hotels (primarily the Mountbatten, but also the Hampshire) for the last 15 years or so. The Mountbatten hotel, in particular, has become my London home. It is the perfect location for my needs and especially since the recent refurbishment, has been most comfortable indeed.

Always a delight to stay here at the Radisson Mountbatten hotel. The service is excellent, the location superb. The casual informality of the Dial bar is nice to hang about in day or night and a good place to meet people. Keep up the good work.
