We were booked in the Kenilworth, but due to over booking we were accommodated at the Marlborough. The standard of room was as expected the breakfast was of a very high quality. All the staff were polite and did their upmost to make our stay pleasant..

Loved our stay. We in the past have used 'other' chains but decided to change and despite our shock on arrival of the hotel shrouded in scaffolding we decided to stay. We loved the current style so please don't change it too much! We're coming again to London Jan 09 and would stay again.
