How to redeem your free London Pass
Upon check-in you will be supplied with a London Pass voucher, validated by the hotel. You can exchange this for your 2 day London Pass at the Britain and London Visitor Centre, No.1 Regent Street (nearest Underground station: Picadilly Circus, take the Southside exit).

How to redeem your two for one dining offer
Along with your London Pass voucher you will recieve a two for one dining voucher which you can use when you arrive at the hotel restaurant. Please ensure that you contact the restaurant ahead of your stay to confirm your table reservation. Click here for restaurant details >

• Upon check-in you will be supplied with a London Pass voucher which will be validated by the hotel, and must be redeemed at the London Pass ticket office
• Dining offer applies to A la Carte and set menus and must be booked directly with the restaurant ahead of arrival
• Free cancellations can be made before 16.00 hours on day of arrival (U.K. time). One night's accommodation will be charged when cancellations are received after this deadline and in the event of a non-arrival.
